Common questions
How do I connect Apple Health? During onboarding Mizar offers to connect Apple Health, or you can enable it later in Settings. Mizar reads your workouts, heart rate, steps, and sleep to show them alongside your training.
Does Mizar work offline? Yes. You can start, log, and finish workouts with no connection, and everything syncs when you are back online.
What does the AI coach do with my data? When you use an Alcor feature, the data for that request is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate your answer, after you accept the in-app consent screen. Apple Health data is only included if you turn it on. You can stop sharing any time in Settings > AI features. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account? Open Settings > Account and choose to delete your account. This permanently deletes your account and all of your data right away, and it cannot be undone.
