Terms of Use
By using Mizar, including through the ChatGPT app, you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain.
Not medical advice
Mizar, its AI coach Alcor and the ChatGPT app give training information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Your account
- Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Give accurate details when you sign up.
- Do not misuse the service: no attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, or access to anyone else's data.
Your data
What you add to Mizar stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
Other services
Apple Health, ChatGPT, HEVY and other services you connect are governed by their own terms. When you ask ChatGPT to change a program, Mizar makes that change; check it in the app before you train on it.
The service
Mizar is provided as is, without warranties. We may change, pause or end features, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
If we change these terms we update the effective date above. Using Mizar after a change means you accept it.
